So I got my fixed pro-actions/shock mounts installed this weekend, and I was not prepared to see this:

Front tires:
https://ibb.co/ditVyc
https://ibb.co/eaNerx

Rear tires:
https://ibb.co/fPE3Jc

Couldn’t believe it. Thankfully, the same day I got the parts on, I had already planned to get new tires (Pilot Sport A/S 3+). I went and got an alignment after the tires were put on, and this was my read out:

https://ibb.co/igoVyc

I’m not an alignment expert, but 2 questions:

1. What in the world caused the excessive inside wear?
2. Do the new measurements look alright? Do I need camber bolts, or else I run the risk of the same situation happening again? I’m lowered on Eibach Pro-Kits, so the drop isn’t drastic.

Thank you all.

Your front alignment looks great. Your rear is sloppy garbage by the shop. Get that rear camber and toe much more symmetric. Have them bring the rear left to match the right on camber. The toe should be 0.10 to 0.12 per side, +/- 0.02.

I've had similar issues, not as bad, with my car on a couple sets of tires. You'd think you were running 10 degrees of negative camber with the way the front/rear wore on the inside.

I'm trying a different setup now on my car with zero toe on the front, -1.2 left/right front then on the back running .015 toe and zero camber. This is basically a drag race alignment.

Did you keep tires rotated? All that toe out in the front will cause the wear that you've experienced. Camber wear would show from shoulder to center of tire. Like was stated earlier, I'd take it back to shop and have them even out rear alignment. Even though its "technically" in alignment, I would want it evened out if it was mine

I probably could have done a better job of rotating. I can only go side to side since I have the staggered PP setup. I just am curious on what caused the alignment to get so far off since my last one. But I’ll take it back to even out the rear regardless. Do you guys think camber bolts/plates are necessary?

No you shouldn't need to, especially considering that you don't need to do anything with the front.

Are those 555 G2s? Mine haven’t worn that poorly but they are very much worse on the inside while the outside looks okay. My alignment specs currently look like yours except I’m running -1.5 camber and .15 toe in the back.

Yes they are. Interesting that you’re having similar wear patterns...

Alignments drift over time. About every time you replace a set of tires its probably also time for an alignment. I try to get one yearly.

That's a pretty bad example of a common pattern. Mine were rotated more regularly but still eventually corded on the inside edge.

People say toe is the main cause. These cars are supposed to run a little camber. I'm starting to wonder if more tire pressure would help?

1/16 total toe in front, similar minimal toe in the rear (I run 0). Tires wearing fine with -2.3 front camber and -1.8/-1.9 rear camber. 34 psi on my 285/35-19 tires on the street religiously. 32 psi on the stock wheels/tire sizes.

Jeezus how many miles did you put on your tires for them to end up looking like that?!?

Just wondering. My camber is off after installing FRPP Track pack. You can visually see rears are way out /---\. Alignment booked but cant get it done for 2 weeks. Afraid to drive the car too much if my tires will end up looking like that!

Whoa this is scaring me considering how much tread depth it looks like you have left. I've had the same tires on for almost a year and 15k+ miles. My tread looks good like yours but I havent checked the inside edges like that
