When will you have the CJ on the car? Looking forward to seeing the times you put out with that!yea with the 10 speed... I'm gonna go ahead with CJ on this car and maybe January switch to the '18... I wanna mess with that direct injection, should have a tuning solution available then without having to use motec
lol...Beg to differ on that statement. I'd say going from 117mph in mine shaft conditions to 121-122 in less than ideal conditions is a nice hp gain. To your point about sticky tires, yes the 60ft would certainly drop and improve ET. But maybe the goal is to run on street tires. Certainly more of a challenge...Really nice videos. Your car sound and runs great. From the earlier videos it doesn't look like the CobraJet intake helped?
Never ran it 100% factory. Closest was with just a tune and did a bunch of 12.6 @ 114 in 50-60°F 2.0 60ft. Tires were 235.Cool vids! I just spent the last 30+ minutes fully engaged watching them all. I've been a foxbody/SN-95 Mustang guy with a bunch modded 302s and a stroker 408 stangs and even a modded 03 cobra and 03 mach. With all that being said, I just picked up an 18 10 speed 5.0 and am new to what works and what doesn't on S550s. Did you ever run your car stock? Curious how much a difference your mods made versus a stock car. The CJ made a 3-4 mph difference in itself...
I live in Winter Garden FL, just down the street from Orlando. I need to go to the O speedway. When and how much is test n tune there? Thanks!
Yep. I meant what did you use to overlay it into your video?the log from your tuning device
