hi all
I understand from Karen that mine is on the ivery arrow bound for zeebrugge
Glad for you mate.

Mine is still sitting at the docks and I now have conflicting delivery ETA dates, Karen is seeing 20th November and my dealer sent a screenshot of VISTA, which shows 2nd December

EDIT: Just found out on the KLINE schedule that the IVORY arrow is not due to sail until the 13th from Baltimore and that lines up with a screenshot I have of my car's next steps "EXIT US DOCKS 13.10.15" so is my car going to get on the Ivory Arrow as well I wonder....

My dealer sent me an updated screenshot of my order on Vista
Est. Prod Date: 14-SEP-2015
Gate Release Date: 27-SEP-2015
Vehicle Status: SHIPPED
Status Date: 07-OCT-2015
ETA to Dealer WE: 12-DEC-2015 (unchanged since 15/09/2015)

So which ship could that be?

From what I can gather this means shipped from the factory on its way to the port.My one should be at the docks now, I have no idea what ship it will be on when it does go!

Was your "EXIT US DOCKS 13.10.15" screenshot a Vehicle Status taken from Vista?

Sorry to burst your bubble but I believe your car has not been shipped as in on a boat.....the shipped status after gate release is for the car being transported from Flat Rock by train to Baltimore docks. I say this as your car was only gate released 27th Sept and to be on a boat that quick with a train journey in between is tbh too short of a time.

No this was taken from another system that a very helpful user on here helped me out with. VISTA status says COMPOUND IN.

To help others out, this is the STATUS updates I have received for my car so far;

ORDER RECEIVED
SERIALISATION
SEGMENTATION
PRELIM INVOICE
ASSEMBLY OFFLINE - This means the car is built
PRELIM INVOICE
GATE RELEASE - Basically signed off as a completed job i.e. it includes the upfitters stage completed.
SHIPPED - Has left Flat Rock and on route to Baltimore Docks
COMPOUND IN - Arrived at Baltimore docks

Any cars sitting at the dock right now will more than likely be on the Eurasian Highway which leaves Baltimore on 20th Oct, getting into Zeebrugge on 2nd Nov, at the minute its late - was supposed to leave Southampton on 10th, its only just left today.
The next boat after that is Galveston Highway on 31st Oct.

How did you work that out mate as the Kline schedule shows the Ivory Arrow leaving 13th October (tomorrow) which gets to zeebrugge on 26th October and going by screenshots and next steps, my car should be on it......

You also have the Blue Ridge Highway on the 27th October :)

Depends on how long your car has been at the docks for i suppose, mine got there on 7th Oct, given customs clearance, etc it was never going to make the 13th.
I have exit us docks on 19th which was the original sailing date for Eurasian, thats moved back a day to 20th now.

Are those messages (eg "exit us docks") from vista, or somewhere else? Ta

Eh? You just "ask" your dealer to do something and he just "does it"?

Not sure I believe that TBH. ;)

Yep, sorry, was never going to get away with that one was I?

You take a fresh unicorn hoof, grind it down to a fine powder and then inhale. At this point; you start seeing things (boats, wheels, red brake lights, proper drls etc) & you take which part of the vision you like best as your latest status [emoji106]

But my dealer is very responsive & has even acted proactively, so no complaints from me there [emoji2]

Does anyone else dread making that call to their dealer? You listen to that Muzak, knowing that non of your questions will be answered and even more annoying is that they sound puzzled as to why you have even bothered to get in touch.

I wanted someone to send me a screenshot of my Vista page but the sales girl has just said that the finance guy is the only one that can access it, and he's on holiday.

She's sure that once he is back that his first priority will be to continue updating everybody.

I said that I have not received any updates at all. Oh really she said, completely disinterested.

I ordered a 987 Boxster, when they were first announced. That was around ÂŁ35k and it was a 7 month wait but I was treated like a king in the interim.

Test drives, track tuition, all free of charge plus some presents when I finally picked the car up.

Considering I was buying that company's entrance level car, it was more than I expected.

We are buying Ford's top of the range car but are treated as if we have bought a 10 year old Fiesta from Fred's Car Sales in Leigh-on-Sea.
