Would be awesome to see. If this became an option, I'm curious if it would be worth an upgrade to the GT? I don't have any technical background, does anyone have any input on whether this would be an upgrade or a waste of time? Pros/cons perhaps.

I think it would be both a waste of time and money. If Ford ever does release a crate engine version of the Voodoo, it wouldn't make economical sense to buy a GT and just do an engine swap. Just look at what they do with the GT500 engine. They charge $30k+ for that crate engine....You would just wanna buy the GT500 itself in that regard.

Now if they would offer the lower rotating assembly in a high and low compressing version I'd be all over that when I build my motor for boost I'd love to rev this Paxton to 9k. Just buying a crate engine would be price I'm just here for the FPC.

A trinity crate engine is 39g. Builing a trinity motot to handle 1000rwhp costs about 20-25g. You blow up your oe shortblock youre looking at closer to 32g.
*edit* just saw that link. They must have dropped in long block price since i sold mine.

Geeze the Trinity 5.8 crate motor is more expensive than the full on Cobra Jet S/C motor...

FFR Daytona Coupe w/ Voodoo please.
Great minds think alike, I searched the forums to see if anyone knew anything about the Voodoo being offered as a crate engine for the sole purpose of putting it in a Factory Five Racing Daytona Coupe.

But anyway, any word on if this will be offered as a crate engine? How long did it take Ford Racing to sell the Trinity crate engine after it was released in the GT500?
