Stopped by my local Ford dealer... $277.26 for that part number. 3 day delivery
So the Ecoboost gauge has a wider range of availability based on vacuum and boost instead of just vacuum on the PP.So I figured out how his works. At least I think I do.
The pcm is calculating vacuum and boost from inferred load. Then sending a signal to the gauge. The gauge itself is calculating from 0-5v based on how its calibrated.
So there you have it. It will work for any supercharger or turbo.
It's still receiving voltage and that span is calibrated within the gauge. This is how a GT is seeing boost. Inferred load is inferred load. PCM is just supplying the load value and it is being outputted as voltageSo the Ecoboost gauge has a wider range of availability based on vacuum and boost instead of just vacuum on the PP.
I am agreeing with you BTW. LolIt's still receiving voltage and that span is calibrated within the gauge. This is how a GT is seeing boost. Inferred load is inferred load. PCM is just supplying the load value and it is being outputted as voltage
