2015 Mustang Steeda Extreme G-Trac K-Member Brace Installation

Today we are installing Steeda's Extreme G-Trac K-Member Brace on Bill's 2015 Mustang GT. The Extreme G-Trac Brace, also known as a K-Member Brace, is a direct bolt-on addition to your 2015 Mustang and provides greatly improved front chassis stiffening. Steeda designed this brace to help reinforce the K-member and help maintain proper suspension geometry when cornering.

This helps strengthen the connection between the control arm mounts and the rear of the sub frame. This makes the load path more direct, and gives much more effective chassis stiffening.

Installation is very simple and can be completed in about half an hour. G-Trac K-Member brace does a terrific job stiffening up the front of your Mustang. A strut tower brace is recommended as well to help tie everything together.

My car rides absolutely amazing with this setup, I would say the ride quality is better than stock which I found to be a little bouncy.

Great to hear this! I do agree, the stock PP is bouncy. I have noticed that for sure.

Not that brace.

I added to my performance pack GT about 6 weeks ago. Tightens up the front a lot!

Clears stainless works long tube headers also!

Bill's car is a performance pack car so I'm going to say no the PP does not come with one.

The stock K brace connects the top of the shock towers to the firewall. The G-Trac mounts under the car and ties the front sub frame together.

I don't have the PP, but have installed the Steeda stb. Would purchase of the G-Trac K be over kill, or should I purchase it? I do plan to get the rear sway bar also. Any suggestions?

The G-Trac brace made cornering turn-in and execution more crisp, also making the car's front end feel more connected to the chassis. Inexpensive and worth it.
