This is the beginning of turning the Mach 1 up with a TVS260 Odin blower.

She is not making any serious power yet but we got pulleys on the way.

The dyno operator was not able to get the rpms signal to work, therefore we only see mph.

EnginneerMike and Autoparts101 different posts got me wanting to turn her all the way up.

Indeed I will. I figurer once I hit 900 or so, I leave it there.

Aren’t you like 6 hp away or am I misunderstanding?
884rwhp, so about 16 hp short. We are close and truth be told, if there was more than one little fan on the car and a 30-40 min cool down vs me driving 40 mins in traffic and pulling it straight on the dyno; it might have made 900.

However, I like to have more than enough so wether it SAE or STD on the dyno, the goal is met with cool down or not.​

Also, to your point about the TQ. That is one of the main reasons I decided to go this route again. It is the understanding of Lund tuner Alex (as well as others) that the TVS2650 hits harder in 1/8 mile and 1/4mile dig racing which is my whole intent for this car once everything is lined out.

Since he has two personal cars with TVS2650’s, I thought there would be no one better to tune it. We are working directly with him.

I wanted the car to feel like and behave like factory but just faster. The blower doesn’t even seem to make any noise either.

It was unfortunate that rpm signal pickup did work right and we didn’t get a TQ number. I would assume from my research that the car is 680-700 TQ which is on par with Whipples or a little better.

The car outright autographed the pavement during the entire 40 roll which is a minimum of a 100 mph spread (to 140).

Car is gorgeous and I've been saving myself to go with the tvs blower and lund tune based on Alex's advice on the goals I have for my car best of luck brotha im sure that things a blast

Yeah, you can find these blowers for cheap used since the general consensus from the uneducated is that they are not desirable versus everything else.

I got this one for $4000 and been teaching lessons every Saturday night.

People need to understand that nearly every blower that is not the entry level blower (P1 Procharger, ESS G2, ect) could make enough power to blow your STOCK bottom end motor up if going for the max amount of air it can produce.

We can argue about good, better, best. Who makes the most power with less boost, ect. However, if we are in the lot at night and I make near the same power as you, more or less; it’s a race!

The principal thing is to bring enough power for what you want to compete against. Where I’m at, we race for the win. Not boost for boost or equal pulley combo. Just pick your poison and try to make it hook.

A friend in our street racing clique monitors Facebook Coyote parts for sale.

He screen shot’ed (which is not a word but he did it anyway) this post and sent it to me.

I talked to the guy and he dropped the price down to $8000 for everything. There was things I didn’t need or want but I sold those items locally.

I used the VMP Odin, Fore System, Texas Speed Headers, G Force axles, all suspension pieces except lowering springs.

Sold the FIC1000’s injectors, springs, Borla.

Look, any fully functioning supercharger kit will cost $10,000 new. $5,000- $6,000 used. I got the Odin, fuel system, exhaust, half of the Stop the Hop Kit.

Everything else I bought and then put a little orange lipstick on a pig and Ta-Da!

If your tuner uses 20* of timing on pump 93, you are on seriously borrowed time.
