Thank you sir. I think there mey be some small changes but nothing major. Once I get this thing dialed in, I'll likely focus my efforts into my f150.This is such a badass build! Ive been going through it all day!
Whoa whoa whoa…you of all people know that the m6g rule book specifically calls out teasing the masses with a project of significant public interest without having a build thread!Having alot of fun with the truck lately and really considering turning it up.
This is a mustang forum. Nobody here is interested in big ol heavy 4x4 trucks...Whoa whoa whoa…you of all people know that the m6g rule book specifically calls out teasing the masses with a project of significant public interest without having a build thread!

Several hours. It's not difficult, just tedious. I use the comp cams coyote degree kit and L&M solid lash adjusters. How lomg did it take to degree the cams and was it a total PITA?
You have to pullbthe cams in order to pull the cam followers and lash adjusters. Then use a spring compressor to install a checker spring on one intake and one exhaust valve. Install solid lash adjusters on those valves. Those valves are specifically on cylinder 1 on bank 1, and cylinder 6 on bank 2. Degree one bank, mark lockouts and reverse. Degree the other bank, mark lockouts and reverse. Reinstall cams and timing components per usual. So the cams have to be pulled to swap in the solid lifter? Or do you use a spring compressor to pull the rocker and swap the lifter?
