Hi everyone,
I have a completely stock 2017 Mustang GT and am planning on installing a roush axle-back exhaust (with stock resonator), however I have some worries on if it will be within the 90db noise limit, if I am forced to get it tested by the Epa. I do sometimes like to go into the high rpms, so I don't know if that will attract much attention from the police (I assume it will), but I am not really worried about that if they ask me to get it tested and it's within the noise limit under the testing conditions which I think is 500mm from exhaust tip to db reader at 3250rpm.
I am also based in Victoria.
Appreciate any advice and experience,
Muncho
