Warmed up enough yesterday for a wash and exterior detail. Looks like it will stay warm today, so will do the interior detail today!

Today I changed the air vents, I adapted the parts from a mercedes C w205. There are plug&play solutions on the market with the same design, but I ended up making the adaptation because I like DIY work and also because I found a good deal on parts. The vent housing itself did't needed any modification, I just changed the central "plate". These vents have also a "perfume container".

Do you have any links to these plug and play solutions please? I think what you've done is really smart by the way. Really smart. Thanks. đź‘Ť

Not going to lie, I prefer the look of the stuff Ford sold me.

Sorry, not dash shots yet because they're not on place, I am working on another changes on the interior (leather console and centre speaker cover), soon all will be on the car and I will post here the final result.

Installed the shift knob I picked up from @peoples1234 (only took USPS 12 days to make a 3hr drive) and a Course Motorsports magnetic phone mount.
How do you like the phone Mount? I ordered one and it just came in today. Installing tomorrow. It seems like it’s designed to work without putting the metal piece on your phone but it seems like I have to. Once I do that I can no longer place it on the magnetic charger because the little metal plate has to cover up the charge part on the phone unless you place the little metal piece lower on the phone but then it seems like the phone will spin upside down?

I put one of the Course Motorsport mounts in my Police Utility. You do need the metal piece on the back of the phone. I put mine on the inside of the phone's case. The piece on the dash is magnetic. Works well in my application. With the metal piece inside the case, mine does rotate a little bit.

Never knew the info about tire not recommended on the drive tire. makes since as they aren't designed for torque/want the least amount of exertion on them id reckon

Thanks! I am not even close to smart enough to have thought about that on my own! Much appreciated!
