Add a trailer hitch, I think its like 45 lbs and in the best possible location. You can also add a trailer ball then secure weights on that ball
Right now I have an 80lb dumbbell that fits perfectly in the trunk where the spare tire would go. I wonder if adding more weight to the rear and being able to start in 3rd gear would net me a faster time.

I’m curious on the dragy 60-130 times for these whipple mustangs. I know what my whipple hellcat runs, curious to see the comparison
So what does your Whipple Hellcat run?

Did that 4 years ago lol. It’s makin another 100 rwhp and it’s got a 150 shot of nitrous. Need to get the stars to align and get the dragy on a hit.

What's my Mustang run? It's posted on here. 6.1 on just pump 93 and 10-11psi. So you run a 5.0 flat With a whipple Hellcat making 1100WHP? Cool. I'm only 690WHP. I'll get there some day:fingerscrossed:

makes 980 whp on that run.

you will need all of 1000 whp to get a bottom 5 or high 4 second 60-130

6.1 is not very competitive nowadays with all these Platforms out there making power. Keep it up. You’ll get there

you better turn the wick up.

No 6.1 isn't but its good for 140mph trap speed on straight 93. I mean I trapped 144mph on that same pulley on E as my friends Red Eye on 940whp. Are you saying I will need 1000whp to run a low 5? lol...I've done a 5.7 in 3700DA already with just E. That's about 770whp....lol...but I'll keep trying.

Yup. Solid run. I'm pretty sure if I had to run in some better DA that I could have got a mid to low 5 for sure. We don't get very good DA here but we do see 1800DA in the early mornings in the fall and a 5.3 or so is what I would expect and I'm still on the pump gas pulley...lol...I'm not sure where he is getting the idea that any boosted 5.0 needs 1000whp to reach a low 5 :cwl:

Easily , the difference between like 3k DA and 0 or negative DA is quite large like 8 tenths or more.

Good air and weight make a huge difference.

florida is sea level but typically has crappy DA with our humidity. I’ve raced out in Arizona at some half miles and pulled a 4.6x 60-130, I also shed some weight and had negative DA. Same power level.
