The whole “track use or other events” was added to the 2020 gt350 and gt500’s

There is no exclusion on the warrantee for "track use".

The bigger issue is wrecking the car which is not covered in an insurance policy. If you can afford wrecking the car, what is your big deal on a warrantee issue?

I've raced my car with no issues: I kept the car on the pavement:

Careful, "racing" voids the warranty.

- That’s why god made track Insurance!

- If you don’t occasionally go agro, you’re not trying hard enough :)
If you have to buy track insurance, you should never race a car that may be totaled in an incident that is not your fault.

I get it Bill Gates… you’re so stinking rich that loosing a $65,000 car on track won’t affect your mood or net worth. However, for us normal people (aka peasants with sub $4mm net worth), paying $300’ish per track weekend to insure our family grocery go-getter doesn’t seem so bad. It’s every man for himself out there, and I’ve seen a $3,000 Miata push a viper into a wall. Simply put, the insurance helps me sleep better.

This comment is so dumb lol... So you only run liability coverage on your cars on street too? Do you not carry property coverage on anything you own?

It says above that track use voids the warranty.
... hence the whole thread.

@Tomster did you ever get written clarification from your Ford Performance contact?
