Bored on this rainy day and have the itch to spend some $$$

Car is basically a stck base 15’ , stick car with a3” borla catback, put catch can, sound tube delete and a Sct Bdx waiting to be installed, along with steeda alignment kit/support bushings/jacking rails, which are in route

Best CAI for the money and real world gain numbers or stop feel?

Open to other ideas for helping me spend $$

All of the CAI's have similar gains. Can help out with a new Airaid, JLT, Steeda, PMAS or Roush. If you want a closed box the Steeda and Roush are both really nice setups. Or if you want an open element the JLT and PMAS are nice. PMAS also has the new fenderwell setup that I can help out with as well.

Could look into an E85 tune as well if you have E85 readily available.

Feel free to DM me or call with any questions!

Thanks ^^
Since you dabble a lot in parts etc.. what have you seen for just ho gains in a cai/tune?
Which ones?

Don’t hear or see too many fender well setups.
A reason I wonder?

18 oem intake with a drop in. Flows great, keeps iats down.

If available in your area, while tuning for the intake tune for e85 too.

The complete 18’ cai and housing fits in the 15-17’s , no problem?
And better, like a few hp or more?

Cause for a few , why bother?

No e85 in the area ;(

Check also Ford Performance Power Pack 2. Literally OEM quality tune on 91+ and about 20/20 hp/tq gains. You’ll prob get more hp but slightly less tq with an 18+ IM (shorter runners).

Open intake leads to higher iats though. Oem 18 will keep those down and still flow very efficiently.

Definitely true, although when I had PP3 I found that they went down quickly once moving. Then again, I’m not in AZ.

I think if the OP wants an all included, smog legal package with OEM quality drivability, PP2 makes sense. For more potential and probably bigger hp gains from the start, 18+IM with custom tune.
