That's why I went with 315/50/17's. Can hit 145+ in 6th.It seems to, but I think next go around I will probably go with the 305-45-17 because it still wants to shift into 6th right before the finish line. Perhaps that can be adjusted, but I plan on adding more power so I think the larger tire will be beneficial.
That's a great looking setup! I never realized how well the recluse wheels and the PP2 wheels would resemble each other. That's why I went with 315/50/17's. Can hit 145+ in 6th.
It was as close as anyone offers. That's a great looking setup! I never realized how well the recluse wheels and the PP2 wheels would resemble each other.
Tree'd him.New PB - 11.31 @ 124mph. Mods listed in signature. Air was better (1000-1500ft da range) and less traffic in staging lanes so less heat soak pulling up to make a pass.
1.730 on that pass. It went 1.70 earlier in the day but didn't translate to any faster of a time.congrats".. some great MPH too, what was your 60ft?
I foot brake to 2000rpm or so. Seems to work the best of anything I've tried.nice 60ft times. What RPM Are you launching ?
Mine is a base model so I don't have any selectable drive modes. I unplug the ABS plug that is located near the air box that way it can't interfere.Cool thanks. Assuming your in track mode with all the traction control nannies off also.
Can you explain what this does….I’m new to the Mustang drag scene. ThanksMine is a base model so I don't have any selectable drive modes. I unplug the ABS plug that is located near the air box that way it can't interfere.
