So having had the floor down for a few days now, I have had a chance to do some serious detailing on it (I'm a hobbyist and occasional professional).

The most common question I have been asked so far has been "what about the dirt?". Initially I had reservations of said dirt being down there, but it has been a non-issue so far. Because any dust or "dirt" sits down on the concrete rather than the standing surface of the tile, it means I can work dust free. The same concept stands for water as well. Both important factors for detailing.

This flooring would not suit everybody's situation, wood and metal work would not be ideal with this floor, nor would it be if you were doing a lot of heavy mechanical work. However it is fantastic for detailing or those who want a easy, clean way of making your garage look amazing. If you are on the fence about it just do it!
How slippery is it when it is wet?

Here is my garage I just finished which is the home for my 2018 GT350 and my wife’s 2019 GT. They are currently offsite in winter storage since we only have a 2 car garage at the condo. It’s swisstrax. Thinking about getting a custom square for each side with a GT and GT350 logo

Thanks. There was a couple weekends of installing more of the shelves and then just a couple hours on the floor. I also had several days just knocking down my old workbench, moving contents to the shelves and migrating from a tall craftsman toolbox to the long wood top roller I have now. Worth all the work though.

Looks like somewhere there’s a racing go cart?
