So I see 2,180 total 2020 GT350s were made.
42 were Race Red.
15 of those came with white stripes.
Only 1 has the Recaro seats.....Mine. 😊
Ford hasn't released the numbers yet for 2020 GT350's so I'm not sure where your getting this information at....

This is what I've seen on a few different forums:

1) 2015 Total 137 - GT350 100; GT350R 37
2) 2016 Total 6,169 - GT350 5,643; GT350R 526
3) 2017 Total 7,115 - GT350 6,173; GT350R 942
4) 2018 Total 4,378 - GT350 3,745; GT350R 633
5) 2019 Total 3,595 - GT350 2,789; GT350R 806
6) 2020 Total 2,180 - GT350 1,613; GT350R 567

Totals: 23,574 20,063 3,511
All your production numbers look good except for the 2020 MY.

Based on information that I have access to your 2020 production numbers are not even close but as always I stand to be corrected.

</sarcasm on> Is there any breakdown as to how many R's came with an incorrect rear spoiler or other factory assembly line "whoopsies"? </sarcasm off>

Aside from my comedic interlude, I applaud those who have contributed the production facts and compiled spreadsheets - great info and will definitely benefit future owners and be an excellent point of future reference.

I'm not sure how accurate this list is. I have chassis LR107 (Silver w/black stripes) and it's listed under HEP with a different VIN. My VIN ends with 0325 but doesn't show on either R list that I could see.

Are you aware that there are two identical chassis number series for the 2020 R models?

One chassis number series being for the HEP R cars and another identical chassis series for the non HEP R cars therefore there will be two R models with exact same chassis number as in "LR107".

Keep in mind that the chassis plates for each series will differ in color between HEP R(Blue) and non HEP R (Red) with your chassis plate being in Red.

I suggest that the 2020 HEP R list of 280 cars is accurate and know that the 2020 non HEP R list is not complete therefore not accurate.

Based on the most recent non HEP R list there are 300 cars in total then add to that the 280 HEP R's and that comes to 580 cars.

I understand that the FRAP assembled 703 R's in total for the 2020 MY therefore there are 123 cars missing from the non HEP R list.

Hope that all the above makes some sense!

That makes sense, thanks for clearing that up. I didn't realize Ford did that with the chassis numbers. Hopefully they release official numbers in the near future.

Unfortunately there has not been any consistancy with respect to the 6 year run of the 2nd generation GT350/R's when it comes to chassis series and chassis plate designations.

In 2015 there was just one chassis series for both the 50 Track Pack cars, 50 Tech Pack cars and 37 R model cars with the 2015 R model chassis numbers not having an "R" on the chassis plate.

The first 2015 GT350/R assembled was "F0001" with that example being a Base R model.

The first 2015 Tech Pack GT350 was "F0038" and the first 2015 Track Pack GT350 was "F0041".

The very last 2015 GT350 assembled was "F0137" and that again was a Tech Pack car.

Come the next 4 model years (2016-2019) Ford and the FRAP then decided to go with two chassis series, one series for the GT350 cars and one series for the R model cars.

For the final model year namely 2020, it was decided that there would be 4 chassis series with the none HEP GT350 cars having one chassis series, the none HEP R models having a second chassis series and of course there was another two chassis series for the HEP GT350 cars and the HEP R model cars.

Lastly, I found it quite interesting that Ford would have 4 chassis series for the final year of the 2nd generation GT350/R's but only had 1 chassis series for the launch of the 3rd generation 2 seat and 4 seat GT500 cars!

I'm starting to think Ford actually lost count of how many GT350's they made.

Confusing for us but Ford tracks by VIN. They did give us something to talk about :)

I can't believe we still don't have 2020 GT350 official numbers. This is ridiculous.
