Because I know oil brand preference is applicable to all cars, and I have experience and results that I decided to be generous enough to provide. You're welcome.

Well, let's just say that my first (unintentional) foray into the GT500 threads has demonstrated that GT500 owners are worse dicks than BMW owners. Buncha tools compensating for their little tools. Peace out. On to threads habituated by enthusiasts with some sense of security.

I’ve got no skin in this argument. I don’t care what car you drive whatsoever, but you must realize your response makes you sound exactly the same as the people you’re bitching about, only from the flip side. Hypocritical much?

And the arguments they foster. Let's all talk about ADMs.

Here.... ill start.

I dont think anyone should pay an ADM. Anyone who does is crazy.

Thoughts? Lol

I think the reality that those with superchargers run 5W50 and no other engine work speaks to the reality that you could run 5w50 in a NA car safely.
I think the reason they move from 5w30 to 5w50 on GT's when going SC is that your oil temp is going to be higher on average because the radiator doesnt get as much airflow since you are installing a supercharger heat exchanger in front of it.

They never moved from 5w30 to 5w50. It was always the spec for the 5.2 L.

Oh, they don't spec 5W50 for the 5.0, do they?
