Looks like the only other options I'd consider are Castrol Edge and Amsoil. Never have used either, what oil are you guys using?

Rotella T6 5w-40 synthetic. No issues here but not super easy to find now. Think the huge rebates rotella is doing doesn’t help

Amsoil. Only 100% synthetic oil in the US.

https://www.amsoil.com/

My second option Mobil 1 is a blend.
Don’t believe everything you read on the internet…..
Since decades, no cars have end up in a junkyard because of engine failure due to poor lubrication
Therefore Amsoil do not offer any practical advantages to another oil
What is the point of using a oil that is 20% “better” if a “regular” oil is in fact so good that there is no engine failure due to poor lubrication
Amsoil is like snake oil, overpriced and offer no real life benefits
Furthermore their marketing techniques are based on a quasi pyramidal scheme

Since all of mine have been done free at the dealer I bought it from I know they’re using 5W-20 Motorcraft blended. Now that my last free one is over I did talk to him about switching. To something that I bring in. At 40,000 miles and no issues do you think that’s a wise choice? Or should I stick with what they’ve been using.

I don't.

I have 45 yrs of engine building and 40 yrs of professional automotive experience use for my info.

How about you?
30+ years of racing cars and fixing them
Are you an Amsoil reseller or preferred customer?

Just a happy customer.
Amsoil is not a bad oil but is quite more expensive than Mobil 1 for example and this extra money do not offer you, as I have explained earlier, any real advantage in real life
