On the whole vitamin D thing, they’re talking about people who are deficient rather than those who have already met their normal requirements, correct?

Correct. But in the UK those in the north of the country plus those spending a lot of time indoors (which is common in the winter) have sub-optimal levels of Vitamin D. This has been known for some years.

I decided to visit one of the links just to see how wild it can get.
I knew it would be stupid, but honestly, it was worse than expected. Seems that social media is the preferred source of (mis) information for some.

Figured some of you might find this interesting.
Given the ~93% vax rate, it makes for a really good analysis of vaccine efficacy re hospitalisation.

Looking at the December figures exclusively, we see that the unvaccinated 7% make up 52% of hospitalisations and 100% of ICU admissions.

Showed the figures to my antivax mate and he says “it’s just government propaganda mate”.

I give up. I really do.
