Wishing it was a Creator Expert set, or maybe a bigger Technic kit, but not bad.
Same. I've been dying for Lego to make like a Ford GT Expert Technic set, like the Porsche, Sian, and/or Bugatti set.

Yup, I have that version as well. Was just surprised when I saw it from Lego. Lego needs to hire that person instead.
Seriously… hopefully they will do one of the legit kits that cost $150 and looks good

I'm a Lego nerd and own a lot of their big sets. This doesn't do it for me though, could look a lot better. Maybe a better looking set will come out later.

Oof. I was very excited at the title, but that car doesn’t do anything for me.

Heres there Gen 1 model for comparison:

I was hoping it would be another expert set and not technic. The technic cars are almost always meh.
I have that one... working on a 2000+ Lego 1989 Batwing now. Not sure where the hell ill put it though, dont have much space for it.

I have this set as well. I love it. It is massive though.

I've got the McLaren Senna and Corvette ZR1 technic sets and they're actually not too bad. Not as good as the Creator Expert sets though. I agree with others, that GT500 set ain't it

That Vette, man, that's a stretch. If not for the emblem on the hood, not sure I would have picked it as a Vette. I too feel about the same for the Lego GT500. Does not do it for me.
