I have the American muscle PP style wheels in 20 x 10 in the rear. Running a 285 now but want to go to 305. It's 2015 convertible GT and plan to put SR performance springs that lowers convertible 1.2 inches all around. Let me know if I will have rubbing issues

315 35 20 fit with no issues if you are at the stock height. I would consider just getting the 305 35's or 315 35s on the back and get some taller fronts and staying stock height, the tires will take up more space in the wheel well and the car will kind of look lowered because of that. Unless your goal with the springs is that you want to stiffen up your ride.

You can also put 1 inch wheel adapters on the front and use your OEM rear pp1 wheels on the front. And you can consider keeping the rear OEM height and getting the 315 35s or 305 35's and just lower the front and have a nice rake.

On my 2011 GT , I was rubbing with 315 35's on the rear with steeda springs , had to put the stock springs in the rear and I kept the front lowered, it was a good raked look and a nice ride.

I don't want to run spacers or change the front at this time. There is just a bit to much wheel well showing. Maybe need a bit more width in back but just can't picture changing to 305 35 would fill that gap. Would like to see some examples of others people

To be honest i didn't go 315 because i like to clean the inner fenders without having to lift the car. Also, the diference is only +1.1 in overall diameter but that's a personal choice.

Also it will depend on which Rims you are going to use them. I personally like that the Tire have lip protection so i can avoid any damage to the Rim.

Here are a couple of mine lowered. Both are with Velgen wheels and 275/35R20 on fronts and 305/35R20 on the rear. Keep in mind, the wheels are 10" wide in front and 11" wide in rear. Also, some tire brands limit what they make in the 315/35R20 sizes. The Michelin Pilot Sport 4s is $529.99 for the 315/35R20 and $416.99 for the 305/35R20, so there is that to consider also, if it matters.

305s on a 10" wheel is not a good match. Look at the photos that have it done you will see that the tire is pinched and actually beginning to lift the edge of the tire off the ground as the sidewall isn't supported properly. I wouldn't go beyond the 285 out back for a 10" wide wheel. I know people do it but its not optimal.
