Stove showed up yesterday. Gas guy came out this afternoon to hook it up. This thing is huge!

Need to get a right angle piece on the gas line in order to move it all the way to the wall. Right now it's sticking out about 1.5" further than it should.
Looks great. Exactly what I wanted to install when I remodeled our kitchen. Wife insisted on staying electric 😑

The Maple I planted a few months ago is now emerging from it's slumber with some beautiful new foliage.

And these Clivia's at a clients garden are looking beautiful too.

Another putting on a show is this Cercis 'Lavender Twist'.

Very nice. What brand? Love the gold/copper look.

Awww hell! Wok burner! Get some! I love mine.

Range and hood look great. Congrats!
Thanks. Haven't been able to use much yet but it is awesome!

Hindsight there are things we wish we different like a 36" hood instead of the 42". The designer recommended the oversize when I mentioned I'd be doing a lot of high temp stir fries. The thing is huge. Another problem is it's mounted 3" lower than it should be. Found out after the fact that the garage ceiling is 3" lower than the kitchen so it had to be mounted low for the vent to fit. I'm 6'4" and while it's not exactly in my face, it's a little too close for comfort. I'm going to bang my head on it sooner than later. LOL

Now we're just waiting on the fridge to get here. ETA Oct 20...ordered back in April.

We had ours done by a contractor during a remodel and despite my arguing, they had to put ours at "code" height, which is just too low for me (and I'm only 6'). Same as you though, I haven't brained myself on it yet ......yet.

Irony is, my wife is five-foot-nothing. The hood is awesome for her, but I do nearly all the cooking.
