Hey Fred, I am very OCD and the black stripes on my performance blue are tough to keep looking nice. I had a full paint correction and ceramic coating last fall. The detailer was able to get the stripes about 85% but they will never be perfect. I think of them as PPF now since I didn't go that route. If they get really bad I will just have new one's put on and ceramic coating over the top again. Or maybe painted? Love the Magnetic.. what an iconic color.. wish I was in your neighborhood of the US, would be stopping by to look at that. Sometimes I just want to sit in a lawn chair for an hour and just stare at mine... LOL..My new ‘19 last summer.Metallic/blue, black roof.
Was going to delete the stripes but my better half likes them. Boy are they scratched

Hate to rub it in... but the PB is nice. I did see a Kona at a local dealership and that was sexy as all get out.... I love all the shades of blue...

THere are certain colors that look ok without stripes, this would be one of them. But I still think a shelby needs stripes..

Hubba-hubba! I can't remember which car magazine it was, but there was an overhead shot of a PB GT500 with white stripes. I think it was this preview shot in R&T. I remember thinking, "They finally nailed the shade of blue I want!" Ah, well... Maybe when it's time for a respray!

As you expect, it is the lighting. There are times mine looks exactly like your picture, as far as color shade

That is bad ass. The black roof really ties it all together. I am a stripes guy so totally approve...So I added "factory" look stripes and black roof... Think it came. out pretty trick
