If you need someone to "fully" keep her clean & safe from the elements and you provide free food & shelter, I'm all in! I don't mind sharing the same garage she's in and as long as you have a single pop up camping bed I'm willing to leave Canada in a heart beat, so when can I move in??? :-)

LMAO :-) Trust me with my OCD issues with cleaning my own car I got a water spray bottle and a dozen rags no matter where I go! I clean the car so much I'm always having to do some paint correction and put a sealer back on every 2-3 months to get rid of most of the scratches! So when does the reno for the loft start?

Well, I do construction work for a living, so I never know when I can get to my own projects.... I'll keep you posted.
