Your 60 foot time is bad ,which in turn Drops off the rest . Get that down into the 1.9s or a 2.0 and that will help . Your mph is down the hole way too . Why I don’t know ?? . All traction control off ?

HI "STANGERS" THANKS FOR POSTING YOUR ET/MPH. IN 1/4 MI RUNS. SEEMS LIKE QUITE A "SPREAD" IN PERFORMANCE. I'm thinking possible rearend ratio's might be a factor. isn't a 3:15 a option ? just a thought . Don't pretend to be an EXPERT . I was told by a REAL DRAG RACER if you got stock tires .Stay out of the "WATER BOX" . He said after you run thru and burn off when you get to the "LINE" you get water drops still drip from treads of{PIRELLI} tires .in turn makes you spin more on takeoff . Works good on slicks . I ain't saying right/wrong but he got trophies taller than ME !!! I used car computer to get a 1/4 mi. time and came up 11.79/119mph ........Should traction control be off ? if so ..WHY ? plz explain I'd like to really know .. THANK YOU FOLKS AGAIN !!!!!! It’s not a spread in performance. It’s a spread in driver ability you’re seeing. The car is capable of high 11s in good conditions.

3.55 is better than 3.15 for drag racing . Pirelli tires are crap unless hot . Most street tires at the track only need a bit of heat ,not big burn outs . Drive around the water and do a small burn out . Traction control off . Never paddle shift ,let the auto do the work

CERTAINLY CAN'T ARGUE WITH THE RATIO SCENARIO. I MERELY BROUGHT UP THE 3:15 RATIO AS TO WHY THE POSTER'S 1/4 MI TIMES WERE SLOWER THAN MOST. YOU ARE RIGHT ON PIRELLI TIRES . BUT THEY GET A BIT MORE MILEAGE THAN PILOT CUPS . AND IN TEXAS YOU DRIVE A "LOT" OF MILES . MY REAR PIRELLI'S ONLY GOT 16k BEFORE REPLACING WHILE MY FRONTS HAD 60% TREAD LEFT !!. I HAVE NEVER USED THE BURNOUT OPTION .I THINK IT'S CHILDISH NOT TO MENTION EXPENSIVE ON YOUR TIRE BILL.

Driver technique, track preparation and Density Altitude all play a role. A stock car running in Denver when it is 90 degrees will not come close to one running in the East in 60 degree temps.

My car came with Pirelli all-season tires that would spin and hop.....especially on the 1-2 shift. I finally ran a 12.2 @ 116 with them in 1500 DA. I slapped on a set of drag radials and ran 11.89 @ 119 in the same conditions while stock.

Well make sure stability control is off.This is a must for drag racing.Also stage shallow for best et.Pay attention also where you line up and stay out of the shiny surface on the track.Water box is no big deal stay on the edge of it.If you get all the way in it you will drag water to the starting line.

I ran 11.92/118 bone stock, full weight on factory P zero tires with 1.87 60' times. I weighed 340# then too.

12.22 @ 118 bone stock, full weight, 1/2 tank gas, 1500 DA, IAT - 140F+, MPS4S. First pass in the car.

11.55 @ 121 stock tune, cradle lockouts, MT DR, full weight, 223 DA, IAT 75F.

Drag mode, OEM 19" Pirellis, 1/2 tank fuel, 12.63 @ 115mph. What a rush for an OEM car!

2018 base, A10, 3.15 gear. 12.05@119 stock except for resonator delete. Many factors come into play though. Track elevation and prep, DA, car options etc. For example no track mode on a base A10 car which definitely makes a difference. Mine was lazy down low stock, but e85 tune changed that and woke it up to a 11.34@123

Please Educate this dumbass RedNeck... What exactly is a { E 85 Tune } How do you get one , Where , How much $$$ , Does it affect the cars factory computer programming ,. Just need a little info. if you get the time .. Thanks Much ...Junqdawg
