Cleaned up my car for the first local chapter cruise of the season. Was an amazing time. Lots of cool cars and cool people. We cruised a really scenic route through the mountains and took group photos at a small town school.

You can see a brand new Mach 1 with 800 miles on it behind me if you look closely, lol. Seeing one in person changed my mind on it, it's a very complete package with a lot of thoughtful details.
Holy hell, that back drop, especially in the top pic, is amazing, I mean, it almost looks __fake__ (I realize it's not ...)

Finally installed the Shadow Black Ford rear 1/4 window louvers. A little pricier than other options but well made. Especially like the faux grills on the rear side.

So you like the VW Beetle-esque one note horn?? A two note horn was my first mod! I ordered it immediately when I got the car... couldn't stand that horn. :)
Didn't say I like it but it wasn't a top priority. Maybe if I used my Mustang as a taxi....:)

Put down the Dunkin and covered my rear deck in kilmat. I was getting some buzzing if the bass got too intense. Now, no buzzing and waaaaaay more bass than I need. Sounds fantastic now. If you have a 4” base system, just throw in a JL box; it’s all you need.

How are you using that with the stock amp? I will say I think this is the route I'm gonna go with some better speakers as well. The base 6 speaker system is already really decent as far as soundstage and volume goes.

It’s a powered sub with amp built in. Better speakers won’t do anything unless you upgrade the amp. IMO, not worth it unless you want to spend serious $ (or DIY). I think this is the bast bang for buck on a base.

Took a drive out to the mountains. Didn't take many pictires other than one spot, away from the overlook... Still looked good 😍

Therapy wash today. Looked at it, said "Damn that's a good looking car" Then sighed and started counting rock chips. Then smiled, because those chips means that I'm driving it and it's not a garage queen.

Still wish it didn't have the chips though.

Filed up with E85. Drove around some backroads for a couple hours. Filled up with more E85 before taking another load of my GF's stuff to her new place in DC. I'm sad she had to move out so I'm being petty and using the most impractical vehicle I have.

Then I met up with @shogun32 to pickup a spare tire kit he so graciously offered to pickup from the seller when he was on a road trip, in his pickup. Then I filled up with E85 again.

Just kidding on that last part. I can probably wait to fill up again on Tuesday.

I think you meant to say you filled up @shogun32 tank with E85😁

How much different is E85 with tune from stock?

I've learned to just roll with it when it comes to damage. Cars are meant to be driven, and enjoyed, and they just acquire the scars from that 😉
