Never has much success with calling them. They say they will have someone call, and I never hear back.
But always at work and I can't answer my phone, but no messages on it.

Sorry if I missed it but has anyone looked into fitment of GT500 springs with say FRPP or preferred shocks? I know a ton of people have done this with gt350 springs and wondering about it with the GT500 springs specifically the CFTP springs as they’re 268lbs/in so even stiffer than the BMR SP083.

I'll add a datapoint here... I just installed the GT350R springs in my 2018 EBPP+MR - actually weighs more than the GT350, so I wasn't worried about the nose rising up or anything like that. However, the drop was functionally ZERO. Absolutely the same up front, and less than 1/8" in back. I'm OK with that since I was more concerned with rate than drop, but would have liked about a half inch lower if it happened. I'll take this, and feel safer about installing the PP2 splitter now. Car feels great with the higher rate, and the stock MR controller seems to keep things in check - so far.

when I tried to match up the GT/PP1 undertray in prep for adding the PP2 splitter to my EB/PP it wasn't at all compatible.

That's what I found, too. I was under the impression that the EBPP got the same nose & splitter as the GTPP, but it does not. The GTPP splitter is slightly longer and differently shaped and matches the contours of the PP2 splitter perfectly. The GTPP1 splitter also requires the GTPP1 under tray at a minimum, plus a few other parts for the PP2 splitter to work and I have all those parts now. The 305/30's are a shorter tire, but that's pretty much the only lowering I have to worry about now. Will be interesting to see how much the new springs settle over time.

Anyone have any specs on the 5300-y springs? I've seen charts on the 5300-w spring. But I cant find anyone talking about the y spring.

I've asked this question on another thread, but this might be a better place for it;

Q: Would an entire suspension from a 2018 EB PP coupe offer an improvement in handling/control over the stock suspension on a 2017 GT convertible?

I replaced my '18 EB PP with the FP Track Pack last year and I still have all the stock PP parts. I just picked up a stock '17 GT vert and feel that the handling/control is not as good as the '18 EB was with the PP suspension. The GT vert will be a cruiser (the EB coupe is the track car), so I don't need track ready suspension. But I do like a controlled, confidence inspiring ride.

My main concern is the front springs with the EB PP setup, given the weight increase with the GT. It is maddening trying to figure out the differences between the various Ford part numbers. I was hoping that maybe I could cross reference the EB PP parts with GT parts to see if they are similar/same. Virtually impossible to do (for me at least). Here is a pic of the '18 EB PP front struts. You can see the part numbers for the springs and the struts. I can't match these specific part numbers anywhere. Any thoughts/suggestions are appreciated.

A quick check would be to put digital calipers on the spring coil and measure the thickness. If the EBPP spring coil is thicker than the GT spring, it will most likely be stiffer. You could also take the VIN's and have a dealership cross reference the numbers on the parts, but those numbers don't seem to be the same as the PN's in the online catalogs. I agree, it's a giant PITA. Have you looked in the big spreadsheet that is out there for spring rates, etc. by body type? Ecoboosts are

All that said, I don't think the weight of the EBPP is enough lighter than a GT to make a difference in the long run. My car ('18 Premium EBPP +Magneride) weighs MORE than a GT350R. I replaced my EBPP+MR springs with GT350R springs and there was essentially zero change.

Another data point ... I noticed little to no drop when I installed the GT350R springs in my 2017 EBPP. I'm very happy with the set-up.

Interesting... there goes my theory that the Magneride cars all sat a little lower from the factory. The stance is perfect for a driver, though.

i hope I didnt miss this, but I have a 2020 mustang GT premium and I want to lower the front 1" and the rear .5"
What springs would do this the best with stock shocks and struts ?
