I did a search and didn't see anything. I stumbled upon a very recent youtube video for a new blower for the Mustang 5.0 2015-2021. (Among other vehicles) At least I think it's new. Video: Company site for 18-21 Mustang blower: https://esstuning.com/ford/mustang-15-s550/gt-18/

Seems like a pretty nice setup for the price starting at $4500 without a tune. That's a heck of a discount compared to pretty much everyone else. Blower and intercooler look well built. Very interesting to put it mildly.

Anyone ever heard of these kits or planning to install?

I know ESS is big in European cars such as BMWā€™s but havenā€™t heard of them in the domestic market looks interesting. I wonder what others with more knowledge will have to say.

That looks promising with the x trim. Never heard of them before though.

I was hoping TorqStorm would come out with a blower for the newer Mustang but it doesn't sound like that's on their agenda yet. Takes a lot of R&D I'm sure. I don't see a CARB listing for this ESS so I doubt it's 50 State legal. That also takes a lot of money. (CARB)

At that price I would definitely consider. Easy install like Procharger but significantly cheaper. Injectors and BAP or fuel system and good to go. I watched the whole install. Looks like a quality kit.

and this is the product description.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The intercooled ESS Tuning S550 GT 5.0 supercharger system is the culmination of over 25 years of forced induction experience and over 10.000 supercharger systems sold worldwide to date. The G3 supercharger has a max capacity of 1600CFM, and is ideal for the Coyote application in power ranges of 700-950WHP. Featuring the patented, highly efficient, extremely durable and light weight ESS G3 supercharger unit. This system delivers quick boost, a very strong mid range and considerably less mechanical noise vs competing systems. It is also extremely light with the entire system weighing in at 42lbs total weight, so it is ideal for racing applications where weight balance is a major concern.

The system utilizes a billet 25mm thick 6061 T6 main bracket assembly for zero flex, a 6rib belt drive system with billet idler pulleys and premium quality SKF idler bearings for extended service life, a 3" front mount intercooler (FMIC) that is designed to fit without modification to the OEM front bumper without modification and it features an integrated high capacity bypass. The S550 G3 supercharger system is a complete system with everything you need for correct installation besides injectors and software. For heavy duty applications we recommend adding a quality PCV catch can setup as well.

We recommend Arizona Elite Motorsports (https://www.arizonaelitemotorsports.com/) on the software/injector side as they have worked with us during product development to perfectly optimize their SC calibrations for this family of systems on both pump gas and E54/E85. nGauge is available through AEM direct for remote calibrations, and we can provide the MAF transfer table developed for this kit at no cost for custom tuning applications.

Power delivery is 100% smooth and of OEM standard when correctly calibrated. The system is virtually inaudible with the hood closed, straight cut gears is available as a no cost option if supercharger whine is desired.

And like all ESS supercharger systems, the S550 Coyote kits are extensively tested and guaranteed for 1 year against any hardware malfunction or defect regardless of mileage. We offer a full spare parts and upgrade part web shop for this system as well under our parts and maintenance section. Support is only offered on the supercharger hardware side, we refer to your tuner for any operational guidance as far as powertrain integration/calibration goes.

This system is offered as a Wholesale Direct product only, meaning it is not supplied through a dealer network and the price we offer is wholesale pricing direct to end user. This system is for clients that have the skill set to install and arrange the calibration on their own, and it is not meant as a complete package with full operational support for people with no experience in powertrain modifications. Quality throughout the kit is absolute top notch as is the system capacity and efficiency. This is a fantastic option for the enthusiast who is looking for a rock solid foundation to build his dream setup from.

The kit can easily be upgraded to G3X spec by adding the X trim billet impeller. This impeller increases the speed capacity of the supercharger and is recommended for applications with more than ~900WHP.

The optional 10PK drive system upgrade is available for both G2 and G3 systems as a direct bolt on upgrade. The standard bracket and idler system is already prepared for 10PK operation, but it is only recommended for extreme racing conditions or when power output approaches 1000HP.

System components:

-ESS G3 CCW internally lubricated high-efficiency supercharger unit.
-6PK belt drive system with 125mm supercharger pulley as standard (~7PSI peak boost on a stock engine, ideal for 91AKI use)
-Direct fit front mount intercooler system with casted end tanks for improved flow (FMIC).
-High capacity bypass-valve system.
-Flow optimized silicone one piece tubing throughout system.
-One belt driven w/auto tension system.
-CNC machined, hard anodized brackets.
-CNC hard anodized pulley.
-Long life Gates 6PK serpentine drive belt.
-Oil breather assembly designed for boost.
-K&N cold air intake located inside front bumper.

It is an Arizona supercharger company and they have different head units like Procharger. A racer out here has one in Tucson and is pushing around 750 and has more room. I have a buddy as well pushing of 1k on a 5th gen SS and also a z06 that is pushing over 1k and they are monsters. Discount for locals as well. I've seen one in person and they are very clean, from a PC guy perspective.

Like I said in my previous post I donā€™t know specifics. But based on the information I was able to find and post above. I wonder how this compares to procharger p1x or d1x or Paxtonā€™s or vortechs. Again Iā€™m asking because I donā€™t know but would be interested to hear from some who does.

exactly.
But, for example, the Procharger F1A-94 supports 1625 cfm I believe. So the G3 mentioned above says 1600. Now, we know prochargerā€™s proven track record...
Wonder what the step-up ratio is for these blowers?
Need more info still.

About above and speaking for some of us foreign Stang owners.
Price makes a big difference when considering what to buy.
We have shipping, Vat, taxes and duties.
Often times a $100 retail in the USA translates to a $200 bill our side.

However, we also donā€™t have USA backup, so often are forced to go with proper brands not to get into forever fixit scenario.

Looking at price though, for a small saving Iā€™d still go Procharger or Vor/Paxton.

1_evil_5.0 on IG has that kit. Looks like a lot of parts were copied from the Procharger kit. Looks like it makes good power but idk if it performs at the track. A Camaro SS I raced had a G3 setup, ran ok.

I think the head unit on the Procharger is a bit better than the G2 at least comparing with the P1X. Have to go with the G3 for a billet one and that steps up the power level fast.

I ran the G3X for a year and now the G4X on my C6 GS.
the G3 is about the same size as the Novi 1500. Inlet and out are a little bit booger but the frame is very close.
550-1000whp with that one. Spins up quick while small and light with good power. The G4X is a little bigger but same gear set in all of them so it keeps the size and weight way down. That one is good up to at 1300ishwirh Supporting mods. The mustang set up is very nice! Great brackets and design.
The G3X (billet) is perfect for good power and room to grow.
This is the G4X. And G3 compared to Novi 1500 for size.
