I saw that! Lol. The bumblebee look is getting old. That one is just an entirely different level
That's going to Autozone and emptying the place out.

If the owner of that car did those mods for their own pleasure, and not to get attention.........

Well, I dunno.

Driving a manual transmission car that's slower than the automatic because "feelsgoodman" is rice
God damn you. I leave for a bit and come back to find you beat me to the punch.

It's so obvious. I've been posting about that in my thread about cold-weather/winter driving.
I just bought a 2018 PP1, m6 with only 3,800 and I have a rattle at 2K until the car warms up....does this rattle go away once the car is warmed up?

That’s most likely DI tick.

That was my first thought, but would that go away once the motor is warm?

gt got about 1000 miles and at current winter temps of 36 deg F I could hear some piston slapping (rattle) several times in 2000 rpm range so I try stay below 2200 rpm at the beginning of the drive for the first 3 - 5 minutes. will see if it occurs when outside temps are warmer in spring and summer.

Mine doesn't but it's normal. I had it documented at the dealer (whatever that really does) and just pushing forward. Only worry about it when you stop hearing the sounds.

It's the Direct Injection, not a 2K rattle or piston slap.

2K rattles were on GEN2 Coyotes. Now everyone thinks the normal clacking sound of D.I. on GEN3s is the 2K rattle.
