What is all over the hood? Is that the track tape stuff? You like it?

Yes, TrakkTape. It does its job... Definitely protects the hood and impact areas. It takes a LONG time to put on, though. And on really hot days, it can leave a residue after removal that requires a clay bar to remove. I’ve since had a paint protection film added instead. Much pricier, but I save a lot of time getting the car ready for the track.

it was very intense week as on Tuesday i have a driver education class with Pavel Lefterov who won 24 hours of Nurburgring in SP8 class in 2019. This was the first time I took the car back to Dracon with the new Camber Plates and Swaybar and was raining so my best time was 1:12.4. On Thursday my car club organised a members only track day and the weather as well as the car were perfect and my new PB of 1:10.573 as well. It's clear that the car needs new suspension and preferably slick tires.

Thats an interesting track in regards to layout and the different surfaces on the track.

Nope it was Toyota Auris Hybrid with a very respectful time of 1:21. The guy had his Focus ST broken 2 weeks ago so he had to take his Wife's car for this event. The track is a bit short small for the Mustang but still a good lap.

Super smooth and controlled. Going to RA in Thursday!!!

I was thinking about going. Then decided to go to the MCA Mustang Round up at Hallet Raceway for an adventure. Also going to the MCA track day event at Road Atlanta in April '21 assuming it is on.
The plan to go back to RA with Northwoods Shelby club in June.
I want to get to Black Hawk too. Trying to hit several tracks over time.

Although 1:16.34 was my fastest lap from this season, I was stuck in traffic alot during that session so the times weren't consistent. Attached are the times from the next session which were much more consistent.

On 15.11.2020 Decided to do a nice training day and return to Dracon with a friend it was a free day at the track so anyone could enter. Was the fastest car on the track And improved my time to 1:09.774. However in the next session the flex pipe broke with cut my day short. And now I need to reevaluate if this project should be continued or not. As this Season I broke 3 wheel Hubs, Trans got rebuild and now I need to replace my flex pipe and catalytic converter as Ford sells them together.
Ether Way I had 3 seconds improvement from beginning of the season to the last day so I'm happy with that.
