What do you believe is the cause of Stangmodes’ blown motor?

I say fuel, and the lack there of. The Car was making near 1100 crank hp and he has only the stock dual pump. Anything running that amount of power requires way more fuel especially if its e85.

Fuel issues or not, that dope turned a track ready GT500 into a "one pull wonder" with those modifications....

His VMP Supercharged 2018 with a Built 10t80 that’s down with two transmission failures the 2nd one built. But that car has a drag setup and transmission tuning which is probably why it’s faster in the 1/4

Thanks, no I only really follow high quality automotive channels. I watched a bit of one of his videos that came in my feed a while ago and it was enough for me. Thanks for the clarification, I won't be watching.

a drag set up will not gain a full second+ in the 1/4. It mostly because of the dct not being tuned to leave instantly, it boggs at the start and that kills his 60 ft.

The term “high quality”, is in the eye of the beholder.. you came to a low quality thread and posted here, makes me wonder why... lol

Everyone has an opinion and value different things. For me, I can't really see it. Particularly when Ford (and other manufacturers) tosses a supercharger on it, change the seats, changes the body kit up a bit, a couple extra suspension parts, and boom: 50K+ premium for a car in which the interior looks 97% the same as an EcoBoost... The pragmatic side of me is rankled by what I consider the outrageous premium, but hey, it sells, and it's stupid fun, no doubt.
You may want to read what all the differences are before making that statement......

Low quality = vlogger street racing trash who can't talk technical and has no idea what he's doing.

High quality = savage geese comes to mind where they discuss the design language of the car as well as the engineering behind it.

Here is a 6.4 powerstroke at the shop right now with a similar problem. Not quite as much money to fix but still not cheap.
