Pretty sad, I would agree as well. I regret that I even bothered offering someone a different viewpoint. Everyone is entitled to an opinion, not their own facts which was my main point. Like the car or not, it literally has nothing to do with the initial question asked in this post. I’m pretty sure there’s plenty of threads dedicated to slamming the GT350 and their owners for multiple reasons.

Curious to see whether or not OP has decided to allow test drives or not.

Haven’t read any of the previous posts, I’d have the interested party put a 5k deposit down.

I apologize for devolving this thread into a "350/R vs Mustang" debate.
Wasn't my intention at all.

I've owned 80+ vehicles and honestly they're all just cars... all of them. Even the stuff like a PTS 911 GT3 Touring or something that is technically 1 of 1.

Yeah I'd be unhappy if someone crashed such a car if I owned it and was selling it. But insurance is a thing and honestly unless someone was hurt... it's just a machine.

I say all this with the mindset that I believe the 350R is the best driver's car you can buy for under $100k... but it's still a car.

You really liked GT350s a few months back....guess you learned a lot about oil between then and now?

Also, welcome to the internet - where saying "I know multiple people that...." makes you right somehow. Really funny.
I still like gt350's, I've driven several and personally know multiple people that own them. They are great cars but to act like they have no problems is delusional. Believe whatever you want, makes zero difference to me

And guess what, I'd still take a 1LE or a gt350 over the new Mach 1. Don't go cry now, but I thought the 1LE is the better car after driving both so that's what I bought. Shocking, right?

You 350 fan boys really are something else, bunch of butthurt men bitching on forums about anyone that has something to say about your mustang lmao

As with pretty much any high performance car, It all comes down to how experienced and serious the potential buyer is. I remember selling my 1998 Camaro Z28, I would let anyone test drive it and this one test drive, I was a passenger and this idiot floored it on a curvy on ramp, Then the car broke traction and found myself head on with a big pine tree for a second or 2. I'll never put my life on the line like that again.

I let someone test drive my 944 and I think they probably put about 75,000 miles worth of wear on the clutch. Not really the same because the 944 is cheap, but changing the clutch in a 944 is a real PITA.
