What’s your go to liquor?

Working on a bottle of Black Eagle whisky now. The last whisky we had was Lonehand and it was intensely charcoal flavored. I liked it.

Never heard of the Black Eagle... maybe regional.
Had a great visit with an old friend this afternoon and we went through a fifth of Pendleton 1910.
Good times were had by all.
Life goes by fast....

It could be. I found it at Total Wine, which is more like total beer and liquor to me.. lol.

It does, so enjoy it and down a strong one!

I've heard of Total Wine. I think the closest one to me is Portland, Or.
If I ever get over to Portland I will check it out. Heard they have everything.

They do. They have an awesome craft beer selection as well. It’s like the Costco of alcohol.

Wild Turkey 101 is usually in my cabinet along with AD Laws. Not sure if Laws is available nationwide, but if you can get some, it's worth it.

Not bourbon, but bourbon adjacent, just picked this up last week:

Ooooo, that looks tasty. I haven't had a good scotch in a long time. Think I need to put a Highland Single on my short list for the next shopping trip.

The "regular" Macallan 16 is a also very good buy. I usually prefer Islay's, but the 16 is one of the few highland scotches I like.

I've been wanting to dip my toe in Islay's. I've enjoyed Ardbeg 10, but haven't experimented a lot in the Islay's.
