I took the Stang for a Sunday Cruise, and bumped into a bit of graffiti art that I thought I should take a few snaps with.

Now if you can just add 7 or so ride-on child toys (only one gets ridden), a boxed up bed frame, 2 boxes of your adult son's crap from when he moved back home after a 7 month marrage, your mother's freezer (which is full of food, yet she still spends a couple of hunder bucks a week on food), and a "go bag" of tools you have had to keep handy because somebody's shit is always breaking down somewhere and you'll be close to my set up!

Took it back to the dealer today because when I had it in last weekend they didn't have the cabin air filter in stock. I was wondering what took so long as the wait was well over an hour. Turns out they had a "mishap" and had to call the service manager for advice. They broke my dash and have ordered a new one. I dread the thought of leaving it a few days (dings, etc.). It'll all be done for free and they'll give me a loaner, but I see rattles in my future.

Is this some panel under the dash? I don't recall seeing this on my car when I ran the new amplifier battery cable. Changing the cabin filter is done through the glove box, not from under. So I don't even know why they would be touching this part let alone break it. Gotta look and see if I have this thing on my car now.

I read this and just started laughing and my wife asked what is so funny so I said just read this. She laughed and said see you don't have it so bad after all. I have 5 kids all moved out but 2 ( 19 & 13 year old ) The 24 year old daughter comes by every evening, the 23 year old comes by about twice a day stops for free lunch and a free beer after work lol, 21 year ( be 22 in few months ) old son calls when he can deployed Marine time would be up in Jan but just sent paperwork in for 4 more years

I thought it was changed via the glove box. The dealer had no problems paying for everything including Saturday's work which makes me believe someone effed up and shouldn't have pried on that pin to begin with. The wire you see on the cover goes to the ambient light there. The only way I can convince myself that the car will be OK is if I get it there early and if it takes more than a day it will stay in a repair bay instead of outside somewhere (I hope).
