That's the torque for the 32mm spindle nut that you see when the wheels are off. The four bolts that go in from the inside and hold the hub in place on the knuckle are 98 ft-lbs only.Torque to 98 and then an additional 45°?? Just seems like an odd amount. Like how much of a different can that fraction of a turn make? Oh well. They must just want you to give that nut one extra little umph, LOL.
