Is there a difference, from a performance stand point, between the PP tension links and the base tension links other than the air dam?

I replaced the passenger lateral link last year after tracking it and I had the dealership replace the lateral and tension links on the passenger side this year as they were both done and the tension link doesn't have the air dam.
Thanks

Does the air dams actually cool the brakes?

I think it does to some degrees. It looks like it directs airflow into the brakes.
Just wondering if it was actually cooling the brakes

Yes, very well in fact, when equipped with the PP belly pan.
So what's the difference between a PP belly pan and a non-PP belly pan?

I bought the Vorshlag air deflector for the time.
