Why are there 6 Porsche’s? They haven't changed the design in 60 years :giggle:
I'm into my GT350 rignt now but i can tell you what they have now versus my old 2002 model is extremely different, even if tne body shapes remain similar

My July issue isn't here yet! Now I can't wait!

I always wanted a 911. I bought a 996 a few years ago (and you would think THAT was the Yugo of 911's based on the bad rep it got in the looks dept, until you drove one). I enjoyed having it for 2 years. I liked driving it - sorta. Once I got used to driving it like a boat (power and steering seemed to both come from the back and it kind of handled like it was on water, precise with full throttle, but floaty all other times). But every time I got out of that and into the GT350, I said THIS is how a car should drive! Powerful, front engine, rear drive, powerful, great brakes, powerful, sounds incredible (I really do not like the sound of a Porsche engine), and most of all, you guessed it, it is powerful! VoooooDooooo black magic. The PCA community has some great people that I'm still friends with, so there is that.

So I sold the Porsche and bought a Cobra replica. THAT is sick! A 347cid with 450hp in 2,200lbs... SICK. Hopping out of that and into the GT350 is, well, it teaches me a lot about differences in life, I'll tell you that. But I do love having two Shelby-inspired cars as stablemates.

I'm much happier now.

Don't call that dog Lifesaver, call him Sh1thead. (and for the rest of the movie, HE DOES! LOL)

Or the end where he returns home and they tear down the old shack he grew up in, and build a new bigger shack! hehehe

(And it goes without saying, the letter home about when her realizes what his "special purpose in life" is."

That Lead Foot Gray looks so good. It was a really tough choice between Avalanche and Lead Foot. Absolutely gorgeous.

Thanks. I love that it was a one year only color for 2018 (and BTW, no Avalanche that year). They made 639 in LFG, (429 w/stripes, 396 with Electronics, so my car is 1 of 396 for whatever that's worth). But not only do I really like the color, but when I pulled into a very large Cars & Coffee Sunday (maybe 1,000 cars) and there were about 6 GT350's, there was ONLY ONE in LFG. It gets a lot of compliments. And that I do enjoy. After all, it's not like I restored the car or built it. I just bought it, so it's nice to still attract attention in a huge C&C like that.

I’ve got 18 LFG with stripe delete and electronics package and leather seats, so it’s 1 of 300 or so. I also get lots of compliments on it.

Well, LFG without a stripe is 1 of 167. I don't know how many of the 167 had leather seats... but you win ;-)
