Cleaned Her Up with a Foam Cannon bath using Griots.. first real wash since I've owned her. Forgot to take some outside pictures, so garage photos will have to do....

Let me know your thoughts on the surface wash. Did you also get the poly gloss?

The poly gloss is friggin' awesome! You can dry it with a leaf blower when you're done.

Did not get the Poly Wash... most likely going to give it a try at some point..

Just did my first wash today with the groits foam and the poly gloss

You are right about the poly gloss. I like both of these items so far. I did a test on the wifes MKC last week and was very impressed with how well the foam cleaned.

What is the procedure for doing both? Did you have to dry off the car in between or just rinse of the foam cleaner and then apply the poly gloss?
Looks great by the way, the white stripes really pop on the PBlue paint. I like the black, but I can tell they are going to show every swirl mark..

I rinse it then spray on the poly gloss then dry it.

I am an idiot. There, I said it.

I spent an hour this evening under the car trying to find what sounded like a heat shield rattle. I only heard it when I started up the car, cold, in the garage (windows down). After moving the car outside I could not hear it. Even after having the car cool down and starting again in the driveway - nothing. I checked brake lines, fuel lines, cooler lines, exhaust brackets....nothing. I finally surrendered and pulled the car back in the garage. Before shutting it down, I rolled down the windows to convince myself the rattle had vanished. IT WAS BACK!

This time I got out of the car, while it was still in the garage and walked to the back of the car.

To my chagrin, I identified the source of the metallic buzz. It was my garage door vibrating from the sound of the exhaust.

This round is on me.

I did the exact same thing the other day.......darn garage door was buzzing when in sport mode.

Did you try the colored tip? The aqua tip is great when you attach it right to the bottle.

I di not buy there spray bottle as I had a different one already. What's th difference in there tips?

The tips auto mix the ratio. The aqua tip produces the most foam in all pressure washers. You can attach the bottle right to the foam cannon. Or pour the concentrate right into the bottle you already use.
