The hoses are the same. I don't know what the gaskets are. You'll need a PIN kit though.

I'm finally pulling the trigger on this one. Can anyone confirm if these parts will be needed also ?

  • Right Front Brake Hose - FR3Z-2078-J
  • Left Front Brake Hose - FR3Z-2078-K
  • Gaskets W711784-S300 (x4)
Thanks.
I re-used my stock GT brake hoses from the 14" calipers.

You don't need the brake lines and Gaskets. You talking about Crush washers right?

I'm not sure what those gaskets are for, I'm assuming they are washers for the hose lines maybe? I saw it was listed as a part of Brembo upgrade package on Levittown website. So just wanted to make sure I don't need it.

The crush washer is the only thing I can think of, I didn't need any gaskets. I bought the hardware kit off OPMustang then picked up a set of calipers, rotors, and pads. That was everything that was needed. Also, you'll want something like G2 caliper paint to make your rear brakes match.

crush washers are single-use ONLY. You can buy the for pennies from auto parts stores.

Yeah, my base GT brakes are already painted red both front and rear. After an year, the paint on rear brakes has mostly chipped off. I bought a set of MGP caliper covers from another member on here for cheap. Will give them a try this time.

I'm still waiting for the calipers to be shipped. With the current situation I don't think I'd be getting them anytime soon. However I got these rotors this week. FYI, if anyone is interested the Raybestos rotors weigh 34 lbs and the dba rotors weigh 34.5 lbs.

GIven the weights (and context) I assume these are front rotors? Raybestos is the top one?
Yes both are front rotors 380mm. I ordered Raybestos (top) initially for $182 on Rockauto but was disappointed with the quality. Few days later found the dba rotors on KNS Brakes for $298. Quality and looks wise dbas feel way better. I'll be sending back the Raybestos.

I was planning on doing the upgrade this weekend. I got everything i need, the only thing missing is front right splash shield FR3Z-2K004-H

This part is on backorder until the end of April with no ETA. Ughh... any alternatives ways to find this part?
