changed rear spoiler to a GT350R style wing... this after some car vandals tried to pry off my former rear spoiler! ugh!! i suspect the idiots thought the spoiler was held in place with 3M tape. they f'd up the middle holes, which required me to have bonding work done to the trunk. sooooo... i switched to the wing and i'm happy!

Installed some vanity plates and raised the front license tag a little to clear the sto and sho tag.. gonna raise about 1 inch more to stop tag scrape on those low dips.

@hemistar1 and @Lord Polymath thanks for the complements. I installed the wing myself, and thankfully, it lined up perfectly with the existing holes on the top of the trunk. i recommend getting help to install the wing if possible. i installed 6, M6 Fully Threaded Steel Rod Bar Studs to place the spoiler on the trunk and then removed them 1-by-1 as i installed the bolts.

i also had to drill-out 4 openings on the underside of the trunk to install the bolts (2 on each side). i used 6, 1-inch circles of flex-seal tape where the wing is attached to the trunk to (hopefully) minimize potential water drainage. i have rubber stoppers on the way (via Amazon) that i will "craft" to plug the holes on the underside of the trunk. also had my trunk re-stripped by the same installer. this required a little more effort than i expected, but it turned out well IMO.

Decided to install billet OPGs and a billet Crank Sprocket. It was intense but, not as bad as I thought. It took me a day to get it done. It’s all put back together and ready for the next mods. That rear pick up tube bolt was a SOB but, after looking around I found a good method to get it installed.

Sorry for the shitty pic, my LED light went out so I had to go old school.

As title suggests, this thread will be for 2015 Mustang owners to post pics what they worked on today, show off what they have done to their car recently, etc. Share and it might inspire some ideas for others to do on their Mustangs too.

I'll be getting a tint first thing in the morning and perhaps a car wash, will post pictures shortly!

So, what did you do to your 2015 Mustang today?

I installed the Energy Suspension transmission mount insert, shifter bushing and Steeda clutch spring. The shifter bushing was a huge improvement as was the clutch spring. The mount insert brought along some noise vibration and harshness. It seemed to subside somewhat the more I drove the car. I will give it a few weeks and if it bugs me I will try drilling holes in it as many have done.

After almost 2 weeks with this mount installed. I have decided to remove it. The n/v/h has subsided a little but it’s not something that I want to live with. I have researched some on the intweweb and from what I see the nvh may only be an issue with the 5.0 motors. Drilled 1/4”, 1/2”, 1” or undrilled 5.0 owners seem to report nvh. From what I have seen the EcoBoost owners don’t have an issue. I haven’t found any information about the cyclone motors. I hope this helps someone. That being said, if you know someone who still wants one of these transmission mount inserts let me know.

Sadly not quite yet. Still too cold for the Nittos. Gives me a couple more weeks to do some more tinkering.

Mounted Ngauge today.
