I waited to order a Twister Orange, although, I would have bought a Competition Orange.

depends on what perspective you are coming from...and what "color" of orange you like.
i think the most true "orange" is the competition orange from a perspective of base colors you see that designate orange.
(for reference here is CO next to TO)
the twister and fury are hybrids of this, one is more of a washout orange "twister" and the other is a more ripe version "fury"
i personally like all 3 and i am patiently waiting to see if they make a Mach 1 in "twister orange" and if so i will be buying one....
even if that means 2 car payments....(also the oldest will be starting regular school next year so bye bye daycare bills for him)
hint: extra for the Mach1....

**also looking for a clean lower mileage manual 2004 Mach 1 in CO

The orange with the blue works well... I would not have thought that color combo would have worked until I saw it.
It looks like Ford and McLaren both agree on the color combo.

my wife teaches that pinwheel color chart....its showing the "complimentary colors" and how they blend.
notice you see a lot of red/green at christmas time? there is a reason for that....
i have been told by her that if i get a blue mustang also, it will go well together with the orange ones. who knew

Biased but I love the shifting dynamic of Orange Fury. That being said I'm working with a new owner of a 2020 GT500 to try and get our orange cars together for a comparison shoot.

Personally I just love the way the light dances on the metallic under the clear on Orange Fury more than I do the straight from the orchard shade with Twister Orange.
