I got my shock mounts. It will be a couple more weeks before I get them installed. They look great compared to the cheap factory ones that came on my FR3 shocks.

Question... any reason the second mounting hole wasn’t further down to accommodate the alignment pin like other brands? Or an extra small hole for the alignment pin? I’ve seen at least two other brand’s accomodate the pin. Bmr and Vorshlag

With all the testing we did it was determined it wasn't necessary to increase bump travel at the wheel by more than 1.25 inches. Keep in mind as you raise the upper shock mount you also loose droop travel.

I see, so essentially if you don’t have stiff enough springs I would imagine you could lift a wheel off the ground

I got a set about to install. My car has Steeda linear drag(1 inch drop) springs with Steeda Pro Action non-adjustable shocks. Anything I should do?

Just trying to fit these now, and wanted to be 100% sure. The top of the shock shaft (as in, the base of the thread for the lock nut) needs to mount hard against the bearing of the J&M shock mount right? No shims or spacers in between? Then the 10 or 12mm adapter gets fitted from the top side no?
The kit come with 3 adapters, but i can't figure out what the large fat ones are for.
