Thanks Bill @bjstang , unfortunately every where I look for the Stance 5mm spacers they are out of stock, which is why I went on the hunt and found these. Maybe that's why no one answered this thread because everyone thought just get the Stance Magic one's, alas, none are available. So I take it I could just go with the first one since it seems I don't need the lip, or Paul at PK offered to have some made for significantly more then the Titan spacers above.

Found the Titan one's on Amazon even cheaper than directly from them...

I went with Motorsport tech spacers at the recommendation of Apex. I know its pricey but they have several sizes whether you want slip on or bolt on. They also give you choice of color and material. The turnaround time for my 3mm set was 3 weeks i think. I wasnt in a rush to get them.

Awesome guys, thank you so much. I feel much more comfortable about this now and I think I'm going to go the 295/30/19 325/30/19 route and do the spacers up front for the wider 295, out back should be fine since I looked on lmr and the same wheel, same offset, same backspace, using a 325/30/19.

So, on my 18 NON PP car would i need longer wheel studs with 5mm or 7mm? or whats the thickest slip on i could put on car, (stock wheels) just for looks? and of course occasional drag racing, and high speed running, no real cornering. I like the looks of the blk accent pkge wheels, but they are so dam skinny!

Not sure about 7mm but I've been told by many that with 5mm you do not need studs. I'm hoping that's the case if I decide to go that route.

5mm works well and holds up, but any thicker than that and you’re trading off the last few stud threads that lug nuts are engaged with for a mm or two of extra thickness which nobody is going to be able to notice.

5mm leaves you with enough thread. 7mm is pushing it to the limit, and its a limit where failure has some nasty consequences. You might be ok, but I’d hate to loose a wheel at any speed. I bought some 7mm spacers and never mounted them. ARP makes some 1/2” longer studs which would support a 10-15mm spacer. Take the plunge into longer studs if your serious about doing >5mm spacers the right way.

If you're looking for better stance with the stock wheels, you'll probably want at least a 20-25mm spacer. I doubt you'd even see a difference with 5-7mm. I'm only running 5mm spacers on mine to clear my front brakes. With a 20mm spacer, it will be a bolt on, so the spacer will have it's own studs for the wheels. I ran 20mm spacers on my non-PP premium 19's for 7 months with no issues.

There is 30mm of stud exposed past the rotors, I don't know how thick the seat is for the rims in question but it's probably around 10mm. Rule of thumb you want no less than 1.2 x diameter of fastener worth of engagement but ideally 1.5x. The other one I've heard is 10 turns.

14mm * 1.2 = 17mm which at 1.5mm pitch is 11.3 turns.

Assuming the above, a 7mm spacer gives 30-7-10=13 of engagement which is 8.6 turns. 5mm spacer yields 10 turns.

Also bear in mind the centering lip is only 9mm tall. So a 7mm spacer is unlikely to leave enough sticking out to center your wheel properly since the underside of the wheel bore is commonly heavily (2-3mm) chamfered.
