Looking to get winter tires on my 2019 GT PP1 with Brembo. Would 18 inch wheels clear? Thinking of getting the WS90. 235 50 18. Thank you

A wide variety of 18’s do fit, I posted a list of those I’ve physically tried myself in a thread in the tire and wheel category....(not sure how to link it).
The picture is of my 17 Mustang GT W/PP with 18 x 10 FC19 OE Racing Wheels, costing $124 ea. purchased of eBay.
With the amount of snow you guys get up there, a wide tire isn’t going to help, so an 18 x 8.5 would be a better option and a tire with a higher side wall would be best. If it’s acceptable in your locality a set of studded tires should assist in keeping you car safe.

Similar question. I have a line on 18x8 2018 GT (non PP) take offs. I would like to use them for winter. Anyone know if they will fit a 2019 PP1?

They won’t fit. The aftermarket 18” wheels that do fit feature a different barrel and spoke design. Check the link in post #3 for a list of some of the 18” wheels that will fit. The only factory non pp wheels I can guarantee fitment of are the 20” foundry wheels as I’ve had them on my car

Well, damn. Thanks for the info. Bummed, but not as much as if I had bought them!

Even with a 1" spacer? I test fit some base 18" take offs on my 19 GT PP car, and it only started to rub the caliper when I tried to push the wheel on the hub, but it fit over the lugs a good bit. Wondering if a 1" spacer would be just enough.

Depends on where it’s rubbing. Do the spokes touch the face of the caliper? Or does the barrel of the wheel touch the back side of the caliper? If the contact is only between the spokes and the face of the caliper, a spacer would do the trick

Can someone with apex 18x11 wheels post a sort of close picture of what the wheel looks like and the proximity to the caliper with the 1" spacer? Does anyone know what happens to the increased scrub radius? Is this a problem?

Apex wheels are guaranteed fitment for S550 they have a ton of pics on their site.
If it helps I tried another brand of wheel that was 18 X 10 with 42 offset, the rear sat flush on my car the front needed a 1 1/2” spacer to sit flush. If you want to run square for ease of rotation then you’ll probably need to run a spacer up front.

Did you ever try this?
