Im getting Ford performance lowering springs and saw there are sway bars as well. Are they worth to get it?

I will eventually get suspension mods, but wondering how ford performance sway bars perform

The lowering springs and sway bars are designed to work with each other. I would say yes as someone who owns these as well.
