Programming US radio to EU on Ford Mustang 2015 sync1

I'm looking for an instruction to work with europe radio frequency in my Mustang.

To do it yourself you would need Forscan and a ODBII programmer with MS/HS can bus switch. (The switch is important!)

Code to change tuner frequency is in the audio control module (ACM). Change the second digit to 3, leave the x's alone:
727-04-01 x*xx xxxx xxxx Tuner Region: 0=NA (North America), 1=GCC, 2=Japan, 3=Europe, 4=Asia Pacific

You will lose RDS function after this change. No way to have both as far as I know.
