The way I read this was that the CFTP cars will have the can installed already. If you have a base, you can buy it and install. If you have a GT or a GT350, you can use this, but only if you have those covers. So a GT500, base or CFTP, is good to go.

Something I just thought of......If all you need is the covers to make this work for the GT and GT350, is the hole already there and just plugged ?

Could you remove the cover, take the plug out, and create a hole through the EXISTING covers to make this work ? Hmmm.........

It does not look this way, it is a completely different valve/cam cover.

Interesting (though I guess no big surprise) it fits earlier Coyote/ Voodoos:

  • Will work with 2011-2017 5.0L and 2015-2019 5.2L engines with the addition of M-6067-M52S Aluminum Cam Cover-Pair
With another $500 worth of valve covers!
It’s actually surprisingly not that expensive I’m seeing 250 for the pair with all gaskets and fasteners.

It’s actually surprisingly not that expensive I’m seeing 250 for the pair with all gaskets and fasteners.
Right - I missed the "pair" part. That's not bad considering what covers cost now.
