The only reason that shaker kit wouldn't work on a 2015 is hood length. However I'm sure if you had the time and resources you could fabricate it to work.

Shaker hoods are the domain of the Challenger. It would look stupid on the Mustang tbh.

Only in the modern era. Back in the late 60's early 70's when i hear "shaker" Pontiac comes to mind. Yeah Mopar had theirs as well, as all the big players....even AMC. one of my favorite muscle cars I ever owned...1971 AMC Hornet S/C

It would look stupid on the Mustang tbh.
With the body lines of the S550 I totally agree with you.

If you are seriously interested in a shaker hood contact CDC. They were working on one for our cars.

Shaker looked awesome on the SN95 Mach1. I think it would look like doodoo on the newer cars, though.

I loved the look on my 2006, but agree it may not look as great on our cars.

This is the only picture I can find:

Shaker hoods fell out of vogue when it was found out that they really didn't do anything aside from look cool. It was purely aesthetic reasons (and nostalgia) that Ford put them back into the Mach 1's. Any performance gain from the CDC ones is minimal to non-existent. In fact, the air coming into the Shaker would pressurize the airbox to the point where you'd lose air coming in from the front (where most of the air is coming in from).

Truth be told the original ones didn't really function that well either.

What I WOULD be interested in seeing is someone turn one of these into an Individual Throttle Body intake manifold and see what gains could be had there.

Can’t decide between shaker or Roush?
I’ll just leave this here.
