I plan on making a few conservative changes on my set up and please give me your input and will I make any improvement at the track?
I run the complete Whipple 2nd generation stage2 Whipple tune with 92 octane plus Boostane and have run 10.80Et 132MPH 1.59 sixty foot times.
I plan on changing the supercharger pulley to a 3.625,MS109 fuel which is 105 octane and a JMS BAP.

Whipple Tune will adjust and add timing. It will improve and MS109 will support all the way to a 3.250 with BAP.
A custom tune for MS109 will provide even better results.

I was seeing 23 degrees of timing with 93 octane and lucas oil octane booster on the whipple tune and 3.625 pulley. I'm not sure how much more timing, if any, MS109 will coax out of the whipple tune. The 72 lb injectors were at 87% duty cycle (no BAP). My 1/4 times were pretty close to what you have already ran. Are you auto or MT82?

My car is a Auto with Weld Wheels,MT drag radials,BMR Suspension,Viking shocks and a Shaftmasters driveshaft.
Did you pickup any ET with the 3.625 Pulley or would that be money not well spent?

With stock headers, cats, and 3.75 pulley I made 727 hp on the same dyno I made 786 on with 3.625 and off road kooks. The 786 pull had global spark monitoring changed to per cylinder and all the whipple guardian nannies turned off.

I've only ran at the track with the 3.625 pulley. Best time slip below. This was at 4120 lb race weight , 17 inch race star drag pack with ET street R radials set to 17 psi, leaving off 2 step at 3500 rpm.

This is the information from Woodburn Dragstrip on 8-25-10 as follows:
R/T.... .248
60'... .1.635
330....4.630
1/8....7.059
MPH....101.46
1000....9.127
1/4....10.840
MPH....132.39
If I buy a HP NGauge with a custom tune can I down load the Whipple tune as my first tune in place of the stock tune?

On the 18 , the whipple tune will add timing but up to a limit .
With the 3.625 pulley /whipple tune I saw a max of 19 * adding boostane to 93 (to make 104) and the same with MS109 and was able to go 10.2@138 is very good air .

So there may not be anymore gain if you are already seeing max timing with the boostane.

A custom tune will add more and I saw up 22* with race gas /boostane(up to 104).

On the 18, the DW400/BAP/ID1050x combo was more than enough to support the 3.25 pulley and I was able to go 9.9 @140 (2500 DA) running MS109/boostane . I picked up a bit switching to E85 but needed an expensive return system since BAP was maxed out with E85/3.5 pulley

Sunoco GTP is the same octane as MS109 and usually cheaper ($8/gallon)
You can add enough boostane to 93 to make 104 by adding a can of professional to 5 gallons of 93 but your cost will be about the same as just buying race gas .(assuming 93 is $3/gallon)

Would my mod changes above be a waste of money for the results I would get?
Should I just go with a AED Custom tune,MS109,3.50 Pulley,JMS BAP and Injector Dynamics ID1050X Injectors.

I'm extremely happy with my PB Dyno tune from Rob. 3.50, BAP, and 1050x with MS109 would likely get you very low 10's, possibly high 9s depending on weight and if your an auto.

Don't forget to grab the IAT sensor relocation kit when ditching the Whipple Tune for an aftermarket tune. I went with the VMP kit, but there might be others.

Have you run your new tune and mods at the raceway?

So if I order a Lund tune for my 2016 stage 2 whipple I need to get a IAT sensor relo kit as well? I have never heard about this before. Obviously currently running the whipple tune. I haven't tracked it yet but on the street its been quite good.
