Sorry to say but you also have them on. Didn't you notice the suspension bottoming out and being extremely stiff ? :)
I would take wheels off and remove them immediately.... Check for leaks around the strut, and insert the shock stop and protector back into the top hole of the strut support. In such a way that the bump stop is unside, and the protecting sleeve stays up, and you can't see any part of the shinny strut rod...
Hope this helps.
The ride did feel rough and stiff but i just assumed that is how it was to be setup. I had a 2012 boss and the ride was stiff and a little harsh in that as well. I have 4000 miles on the car now. I bought it from a dealer in Maryland. I have a call in to my local ford dealer for them to inspect it and hopefully configure it the correct way.

Now my local ford dealer called me back and i nerd to open up a claim with ford directly. This is unacceptable that a ford dealer didn’t know how to properly set the car up.

Did you have the car immediately delivered from MD? I know some dealers have left those on for transport purposes. In any event, hope you get it all sorted.

It is very easy to remove them yourself.. with the wheel off, it basically slides out to one side. The only fiddling part is with the rubber stopper to be inserted back into place really... Hope you get it all sorted either way.
Mine was owned by a very rich guy (think 20 + cars warehouse, Lambos, 2x Ford GT's , 2 GT350R's, etc. ) and he had it delivered to his own dealership. Never even installed the front splitter in 2000 miles that he did with it (he was scared to scratch it) and they never removed the rear spacers. I am not sure if car had spacers up front, but if it had, it was removed; I can't see anything there.

Cheers

Just curious, does anyone know if these blocks are on the front suspension? I tried looking at the fronts but didn’t see anything. Another thing that is odd is the car went into the different driving modes correctly. I didn’t receive any error codes or anything.

Here are some pics... Spent some of the weekend applying 2 coats of Cquartz uk 3.0 , followed by a coat of Reload (on the wheels too). I think the result is not bad...
Forgot to mention; that spoiler was a bitch to install... it has a zillion screws and some of the "j" style nuts were missing, had to buy aftermarket....

The spacers on the front were affixed to the springs. Looks like a thick comb. I think they were yellow.
